In case of remittance from a third bank, the Company accepts remittances in which the costs of remittance are borne by the Customer and not by the Company.
Delivery through a transport company: You have the possibility to choose the shipment with a transport company that you already have cooperation with, to reduce the cost of transport expenses. This shipping method is suitable for detergent & stationery orders as well as heavy or high volume orders.
The cost of transport to the place of transport is FREE. From the location of the carrier to the Customer's location, the shipping cost depends on the weight and volume of the order, and you have the option of:
a) to prepay it and include it in the total amount of the order in your shopping cart
b) to pay it directly to the carrier when you receive your order, as long as you indicate the carrier you want, writing in the comments of your order the full details of the carrier such as Name, address, telephone numbers, where the cost of transporting the products, as well as the delivery time of your order will be a matter of negotiation between you and your carrier. When sending your order with a transport company, there is no cash on delivery option.
Deliveries of orders made through the online store are sent anywhere within the Greek territory, within 2-7 working days, during working days (Monday to Friday) and hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ).
In the online store we have divided the products into categories so that the Customer can easily search for the product he is interested in. The categories are located on the central bar of the online store. 1. Immediately after the delivery of the Products, the Customer has the obligation to check the products. The products shall be deemed to have been delivered in accordance with the purchase order without defects or omissions, unless the Customer promptly takes the following actions, as applicable:
a) In the event of any defect or damage to the products which would be apparent upon reasonable inspection and control by the Customer, a written note must be made on the shipping documents (shipping note and/or bill of lading) at the time of delivery, stating full details of (i) the nature of any defect or damage and (ii) the number of products that are defective or damaged, within three (3) days of the date of receipt.
b) In the event of a shortfall in delivery, a written note will be made on the shipping documents (shipping note and/or bill of lading) at the time of delivery, stating full details of the shortfall, within three (3) days from the date of receipt.
In case a) above, the Customer returns the products to the Company for inspection and confirmation of the defect or damage. In this case the costs of returning the products to the Company as well as the costs of re-promotion to the Customer shall be borne by the Company as long as the proposed (by the Company) method of return is followed. 2. The return of the product to be replaced should be done with its complete and in good condition packaging, if any.
3. After the return of the products, the Company will check the defect reported by the Customer and then contact him to inform him about the results of the check. Once the defect is confirmed by the Company, the Company will repair or replace the product. Exceptionally, in the event that there is no other product of the same or corresponding characteristics and value in stock or the Customer does not wish to replace it with another product, the Company will cancel the transaction, and the refund of the purchase money will be made with the same manner in which the Customer's payment to the Company had been made.
