1. Immediately after the delivery of the Products, the Customer is obligated to inspect the products. The products will be considered as delivered according to the purchase order without defects or shortages, unless the Customer timely takes the following actions, as applicable:
a) In the case of any defect or damage to the products that would have been apparent during a reasonable inspection and check by the Customer, a written note must be made on the shipping documents (shipping note and/or bill of lading) at the time of delivery, which should provide full details (i) of the nature of any defect or damage and (ii) the number of products that are defective or damaged, within three (3) days from the date of receipt.
b) In the case of a shortage in delivery, a written note must be made on the shipping documents (shipping note and/or bill of lading) at the time of delivery, which should provide full details of the shortage, within three (3) days from the date of receipt.
In the case a) above, the Customer returns the products to the Company for inspection and confirmation of the defect or damage. In this case, the costs of returning the products to the Company as well as the costs of reshipping to the Customer are borne by the Company if the recommended (by the Company) method of return is followed. In case of a return, please call us at 2310300300 to inform you about the best possible (for you) way of return based on the area, desired time, type of returned item, etc., and to register your request.
2.The product to be replaced must be returned with its complete and in good condition packaging, if available.
3.After the return of the products, the Company will check the defect reported by the Customer and then communicate with him to inform him about the results of the check. If the defect is confirmed by the Company, the Company will proceed to repair or replace the product. Exceptionally, in case another product of the same or equivalent features and value is not available in stock or the Customer does not wish for a replacement with another product, the Company will proceed to cancel the transaction, and the refund of the purchase money will be made in the same way the Customer had paid the Company.
