Customers can pay for their order via bank deposit in Euros without any cost to the Company, using IRIS Payments services for the following Company bank accounts:

For better service, please mention your full name and order number as the reason for the payment at the bank.

Customers are charged with all the costs and commissions of the banks for the transfer – deposit (charge option of the remitter).

In case of a transfer from a third bank, the Company accepts transfers where the transfer costs are borne by the Customer and not by the Company.

Shipping Methods

"Delivery via a transport company: You have the option to choose shipping with a transport company you already cooperate with to reduce shipping costs. This shipping method is recommended for orders of detergents & paper products as well as for orders of significant weight or volume.

The shipping cost up to the headquarters of the transport company is FREE. From the headquarters of the transport company to the customer's headquarters, the shipping cost depends on the weight and volume of the order, and you have the option to:

a) prepay it and include it in the total amount of your order in your shopping cart

b) pay it directly to the transport company when you receive your order, provided you specify the transport company you wish, by writing in the comments of your order the full details of the transport company such as name, address, phone numbers. The cost of transporting the products and the delivery time of your order will be a matter of negotiation between you and your carrier. There is no option for cash on delivery in shipping your order with a transport company."
