User Agreement

The visitor/user of the pages and services of the Company grants their consent to the following terms of use, which apply to all content, pages, graphics, images, photographs, and files included in the Company. Therefore, they must carefully read these terms before visiting or using the Company's pages and services. If they do not agree, then they must not use the services and content of the Company. The visitor/user is asked to check the content of these specific pages for possible changes. The continued use of the Company even after any changes implies the visitor/user's unconditional acceptance of these terms.

Visitor/User Liability The visitor/user of the pages and services of the Company assumes responsibility for any damage caused to the Company from misuse or unfair use of the relevant services.

Company's Liability Limitation Under no circumstances, including negligence, is the Company liable for any form of damage suffered by the visitor/user of the pages, services, choices, and content of the Company which they access on their own initiative and with knowledge of the terms herein. Newsletters – News Bulletins The newsletters, which the visitor/user of the services of the Company receives by subscribing to the recipient lists (mailing lists), are the intellectual property of the Company and are therefore protected by the relevant provisions of Greek legislation and international conventions. The Company reserves the right not to register a person on the recipient lists or to delete them from these.

Electronic Commerce The Company provides visitors/users of electronic commerce services according to the specific terms it sets and taking care to protect the personal data they submit for the use of these services. The Company is not responsible for the quality of goods acquired through electronic commerce services, and the transaction binds exclusively the visitor/user and the company providing goods or services. Therefore, in no case can the Company be involved in a related legal dispute that arises from this transaction.

Transaction Security: All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and use TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding information until it reaches the designated recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Credit Card Transaction Security Our website uses credit organizations for secure online commercial transactions. In this way, none of the information concerning the credit or debit cards of the customers is recorded in the database of the website. Voting The Company provides visitors/users of its services the ability to vote on current issues which are presented in the form of questions. The Company retains the exclusive right to collect and exploit these data and the findings to which it leads are its intellectual property. The Company determines the specific terms for participation in the voting and reserves the right to discontinue the voting.

Applicable Law and Other Terms The above terms and conditions of use of the Company, as well as any modification, change, or alteration thereof, are governed and supplemented by Greek law, the law of the European Union, and the relevant international treaties. Any provision of the above terms found to be contrary to the law automatically ceases to apply and is removed from the present, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms. The present constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the visitor/user of its pages and services and only binds these two parties. No modification of these terms will be considered and form part of this agreement unless it has been expressed in writing and incorporated into it.

Protection of Personal Data

The above information is required also for the issuance of the related documents (tax) and is kept in the financial file of the Company. The Company may use the information mentioned in the type of goods and services acquired through electronic commerce in order to record the purchasing interests of the transacting party and to make new offers, unless the visitor/user of these services requests that such offers should not be made. The data concerning the purchasing interests of the visitor/user can never be disclosed to third parties.

Subscription services For the registration of the visitor/user as a subscriber to some of the services of the Company, the following information is requested: Name/Surname/Company Name – Address/Company Headquarters – Postal Code – Telephone – Email – fax – VAT ID – Tax Office – City – Country – Credit Card Details. The above information is required for the issuance of the related documents (tax) and is kept in the financial file of the Company. The Company may use this data to make proposals for new subscription services to the subscriber or for other financial or informational purposes unless the latter does not wish so. This data is never disclosed to third parties.

Newsletters For the registration of the visitor/user on the recipient lists (mailing lists) of the Newsletters of the Company, the following information is requested: Name/Surname/Company Name – Email. The Company may maintain a file with the electronic addresses of the recipients for the sending of other messages of an informational or financial character besides the Newsletters unless the recipient does not wish so.

Use of e-mail For granting an electronic address to the visitor/user for access to specific services of the Company, the following information is requested: Name/Surname/Company Name – Address/Headquarters – Postal Code – Telephone – City – Country. This information is never disclosed to third parties, while the holder of the electronic address must safeguard the confidentiality of the access password to it and not disclose it to third parties. The Company does not control the content of the electronic messages sent by the visitors/users through the provided electronic address by the Network. The Company maintains a file with the above electronic addresses and may send messages of an informational and financial character to the holders of the electronic addresses unless the latter do not wish so. The respective use of the electronic address by its holder is accompanied by an informational note that informs him about the protection of the data that he sends or receives and the handling of related problems.

IP Addresses The IP address through which the PC has access to the Internet and then to the Company is used exclusively for the collection of statistical data.

Voting For the participation of the visitor/user in a vote conducted by the Company, the following data are requested: Name/Surname and, depending on the nature of the questions posed for voting, other data such as status, age, etc. (depending on the nature of the questions posed for voting). The vote of the visitor/user is recorded exclusively for the extraction of conclusions in relation to the position of public opinion on a certain issue and cannot be used for any other purpose nor disclosed to third parties.

General terms of protection of personal data The Company safeguards the personal character of your data and cannot transfer it to any third party (natural or legal person) for any reason except under related legal provisions and only to the competent authorities alone. The Company maintains files with the personal data, which the visitor/user sends exclusively for communication, financial, and tax reasons. The visitor/user can contact the competent department in order to verify the existence of their personal file, its correction, change, or deletion. Visitors/users of the Company who are minors have access to the services of the Company only with the consent of their parents or guardians and are not required to submit their personal data. In case of submission of such data by minors, the Company deletes the related information. The Company and especially the marketing department is possible to process part or all of the data that you have sent for statistical, financial reasons, and improvement of the services - information provided.

Security & Personal Data All information related to users' personal data is secured as confidential by observing the current legislation on the safeguarding of personal data. The security of the Electronic store is achieved through the following procedures:

Customer Identification: The codes used for the identification of the user/customer are two: A) the Login Code (Username) and B) the Secret Security Code (Password), Each time the user/customer enters them, they gain access to their personal data with absolute security. They are given the opportunity to change the Secret Security Code (password) as often as they wish. The only one who has access to their data is themselves through the above codes and is exclusively responsible for keeping it confidential from third parties. In case of loss or leakage, they must notify us, otherwise, we are not responsible for the use of the secret code by an unauthorized person. Our electronic store in no way discloses or publishes the personal data and information of the users/customers. Personal data is used exclusively for the good execution of transactions.

Ensuring the Confidentiality of the Transfer of Your Personal Data: To ensure the confidentiality of data transfer, the encryption protocol SSL-128bit is used.
